Additionally, support groups are available to the resident’s family members as the resident transitions through various stages of memory loss.

    Sun Health’s Memory Care Navigator program, offered through our Community Wellness organization, is a free resource for residents, family members and caregivers coping with the emotional, psychological and physical effects of dementia.
