Memory Support services are currently available at Grandview Terrace Health & Rehabilitation in Sun City West and La Loma Village Health & Rehabilitation in Litchfield Park. We employ the latest technology combined with person-centered care to provide the best lifestyle for you or your loved ones. A diagnosis of Alzheimer’s or dementia can create overwhelming stress on a family. Thus, our programs and amenities are designed to foster a sense of security while maintaining a resident’s dignity. Our staff provides residents with a variety of life enrichment activities to keep them active. Additionally, support groups are available to the resident’s family members as the resident transitions through various stages of memory loss.

Memory Care Navigator
Sun Health’s Memory Care Navigator program, offered through our Community Wellness organization, is a free resource for residents, family members and caregivers coping with the emotional, psychological and physical effects of dementia.
